World’s Biggest Bagel

This is the bagel which holds the record of world’s biggest bagel. It is not only big but also tasty. It was sliced it to many pieces and was sold with a T-shirt saying “I saw history in baking”. It is made by Bruegger’s bakery café on their 20th anniversary. This bagel is registered in the Guinness book. Its characteristics are 20 inches thick with 3 feet radius and weighs 1,075 pounds. It is made using 53 pounds of malt and 660 pounds of flour, I wonder if they can make a new record in the future, it’s going to be really hard to make a bagel bigger than this.
